Kings Mill Cooperative is a community of 455 co-op homes on 39 acres located in beautiful Northville Township, Michigan.
We
are surrounded on three sides by a 130 acre County Park that has
walking trails, bike paths, wildlife and mature forests. Kings Mill is
located a mile from the downtown shopping area in affluent
Northville. This area has your traditional hometown feel with a
contemporary edge.
We are also located just 30 minutes from Ann
Arbor or metropolitan Detroit. With convenient access to major freeways,
it makes getting anywhere from the downtown business district to the
weekend country getaway, a breeze.
